GARY S. PHILLIPS
Gary S. Phillips received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1973, where he graduated cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1976, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Phillips has an “AV” rating in Martindale-Hubbell (www.martindale.com). His areas of practice have included business litigation and intellectual property. Mr. Phillips is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Phillips is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section.
